First State Bank wants to instruct all attendees to park in Bordine's parking lot and use the complimentary shuttle service to be escorted to the event next door. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Allow travel time to move from Bordine's parking lot to First State Bank.
