FREE Boot Camp - Cancer Benefit

F45 Training Rochester Hills is hosting their 4th FREE Boot Camp at Bloomer Park by the Pine Grove Shelter! Come meet our team and let us take you through a stellar 60 minute high intensity interval training, circuit-style workout with our LIVE DJ pumping out the hottest tunes! **We will also be donating $5 for every person that attends to the Cancer Center-Ascension St. John Hospital **

WHO: We want to meet YOU! All fitness levels are welcome! 
WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle and a towel. Yep, that’s it. Oh, and of course, all your favorite workout partners! 
WHERE: Pine Grove Shelter at Bloomer Park. There is plenty of parking nearby.
WHEN: Saturday, October 26th. We will start promptly at 9am. There is a covered area if it is inclement weather, so we will continue rain or shine. 
WHY: We are opening our doors to our brand new studio SOON, and we want to give you a little taste of what F45 is all about. Plus, who doesn’t want a calorie-torching workout with live tunes, motivating certified trainers, and to be done with your workout for the day in the quickest 60 minutes?!
