Fun and Healthy Cooking with Squashes at Oakland County Community College

Interested in substituting some of your pasta with squash?  In this class you will learn all the different ways to use squash in your favorite dishes!  We will discuss which squashes to use in each recipe and how to prep and store them.  Chef Carol will demonstrate a few different recipes for all to taste and each attendee will be given all recipes demonstrated in class.
