Master The Leadership Skills Needed To Keep Your Company Growing - Workshop Series

Leadership is a skill that affects every aspect of building a successful business. Oakland County’s Business of Leadership has leveraged decades of experience in working with small and second stage businesses to create a leadership program that addresses the specific needs of business owners and business managers.

The Business of Leadership program uses a peer cohort model that allows participants to broaden their perspective while learning with and from one another. These “real-world” course exercises place special emphasis on strategic planning and implementation strategies for what has been learned.

Qualified candidates will have at least two individuals who report to them. Class size is limited, availability is on a first come, first-served.
