Ribbon Cutting Celebrating Moceri Custom Homes

Join us as we celebrate the Ribbon Cutting for Moceri Custom Homes & Sapphire Homes. Phase 1 started in 2014 and Phase 2 "Pinnacle Reserve" is now open. 

Moceri Custom Homes won "Community of the Year" when they opened Phase 1 of their Pinnacle community in Oakland Township.

Moceri is the developer and has the majority of the lots, but Sapphire Homes has some lots as well. This event takes place from 3-6pm with the cutting of the ribbon at 3:30pm.
