Ribbon Cutting Yoga Planet Studio

Join us for a Ribbon Cutting honoring Yoga Planet Studios.  Yoga Planet Studios in Rochester Hills.  They offer a wide range of classes for the beginner to more advanced yogis. Some classes allow the student to flow through postures, where others offer an intentional sequence of poses to hold with the breath. Yoga Planet Studios also offer the Yoga@Work corporate program.  With this program, they will send a certified instructor to your office to lean an on-site yoga class for your employees. The instructor will create a fun and comfortable atmosphere for employees to practice alongside one another.  Each class is customizable to meet the specific needs of each office and its employees.  Employees taking part in Yoga@Work will feel healthier, be happier, and work harder.
