Sampling The Cheese of the Month - Young Manchego

The Cheese Lady Rochester will be sampling our Cheese of the Month - Young Manchego, made from 100% sheep's milk from La Mancha, Spain all month inside our store. We will be pairing it with our Michigan Pear Preserves and Marcona Almonds which also come from Spain. This cheese is creamy, nutty and makes a wonderful appetizer.
