Wednesday Workshop

STRESS LESS IN THE WORKPLACE
Stress is also known as the “silent killer” and is the number one trigger of heart attacks. Heart attacks kill more Americans in the United States than any other disease. Along with physical health risks, stress can also affect job performance, focus, creativity and overall mood. Learn how to avoid these with this all important presentation.

Dr. Buller has been a practitioner in the Rochester area for over 30 years. A few years ago, he joined an international organization called the Wellness Champions, a group composed of doctors from all fields who promote health and wellness through “edu-taining” in their local communities. These professionals strive to bring people of our communities the knowledge, tools and opportunities to not only have a better understanding of the importance of their health but also empower them to take action toward their health goals.

The Wellness Champions are elite doctors in a variety of fields. They are specially trained to teach and educate on health and wellness in the workplace.
