Rochester Regional Chamber Workshop: Overlooked Dangers of a Sedentary Lifestyle

This workshop will provide education to the members on the overlooked dangers of sitting and of having a sedentary lifestyle.  HealthQuest will provide tips and advice for combating the risks and the pain that is often associated with this lifestyle. Members who work a desk job, drive a lot or look down at their phone frequently should attend but every member is welcome.
     HealthQuest Physical Therapy opened their first clinic in Rochester Hills in 1999. Today, they have 3 locations in Rochester Hills and 15 additional locations throughout Southeast Michigan. Every location is individually owned and operated by a practicing physical therapist. HealthQuest Physical Therapy’s mission is to help patients get back to living their life to the fullest!
