Workshop- Beyond the DiSC: Using Personality Profiles for Better Business Success

As a business professional I am sure you have come across the DiSC Assessment.  You may have even taken it as a tool for being placed on the team, for a promotion or in the interview process. Do you know your DiSC letter?  Do your scores put you in Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, or Conscientiousness? And, Do you know how to relate to others not like you?

Knowing the four DiSC indicators is a helpful tool for anyone selling their products and services. Beyond understanding the differences within each category, it is important to listen for the clues to identify your clients/customers.  By the questions asked and by the attitudes of your prospects through interaction you will know how to best approach each personality type.  The Workshop will help you develop skills to pinpoint the best practices for each personality type.

The participants will:

• Identify the four DiSC personalities
• Recognize their personal DiSC personality
• Evaluate the behaviors of the four DiSC personalities to better respond to customer/client needs
• Devise a plan to utilize the tools gained for their next customer/client encounter
