Hello Local Business Owners and Community Members,
Every year, our Rochester Community Schools High School Student Councils come together to make a difference, and this year is no exception. My name is Alex Shore, and I am a sophomore Student Council Representative at Stoney Creek High School. During the first week of March, the four high schools in RCS unite for our annual Cross-Town Charity Week (formerly known as Tri-High Charity Week). Last year, we raised over $93,000 for Humble Designs, and we’re determined to exceed that this year!
This year, we’re thrilled to support Kesem (www.kesem.org), an incredible organization dedicated to helping children aged 6–18 who are impacted by a parent or caregiver’s cancer. Kesem provides free, year-round programs, including Camp Kesem—a week-long summer camp where kids can relax, have fun, and connect with peers who understand their journey. This mission is close to our hearts, as many of us have witnessed the impact cancer can have on families.
Our goal is ambitious: to raise $100,000 for Kesem. To achieve this, we’re reaching out to local businesses like yours to partner with us. Donations starting at $250 include:
